Cancel or reschedule for free up to 6 hours ahead; otherwise you will be charged 30% of the service price for late cancellation/reschedule, or 50% for not showing up.
Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late for their appointment risk losing their appointment and being charged 30% of the treatments.
Unfortunately, we cannot take personal circumstances into account — we have one policy for all clients and will not make exceptions. This is to be fair to all our customers.
